Many people ask, "What is the Sefirot?"
In the process of creation an intermediate stage was emanated from God's infinite light to create what we experience as finite reality. The Sefirot, as defined in the study of the Kabbalah, are the ten dimensions that bring balance to our reality, in our world. Whether spiritual, psychical, or material all things come together combining these dimensions. The elements of our life and relations are composed of varying combinations of these ten dimensions. In the words of Daniel Matt, explaining how the Sefirot work, "...(I)magine a ray of sunlight shining through a stained-glass window of ten different colors. The sunlight possesses no color at all but appears to change hue as it passes through the different colors of glass. Colored light radiates through the window. The light has not essentially changed, though so it seems to the viewer. Just so with the Sefirot. The light that clothes itself in the vessels of the Sefirot is the essence, like the ray of sunlight. That essence does not change color at all, neither judgment nor compassion, neither right nor left. Yet by emanating through the Sefirot — the variegated stained glass — judgment or compassion prevails". (Daniel Matt, trans.) As we grow and develop in our lives, those things that matter and make up our lives are reflected in who we are, how we respond and care for ourselves and all life that we interact with.
I work to bring together the various aspects of things that matter to you by working to help bring balance to aspects within your life. It seems we all have jobs, responsibilities, needs that must be done; all these require your time. Our lives are made up of tasks that guide and at times overwhelm us often causing us to not have enough time to accomplish all we want to do and be. My work is to provide services that help you to find balance in your life. My goal is to help reduce the stress and concerns that impede your progress and to assist you in a variety of ways so that you find balance within your life. Balance for all those things that are important to you ~ the result, a way to go forward with positive energy and an outlook that attracts and brings you support and fulfillment. Through my studies, I find that the explanation of the Sefirot has brought me to a place of seeking to work with others in a way that will help bring both of us to a place of balance. I enjoy doing these services and bring mindfulness to every aspect of that work hopefully creating space within your life.
