I only have words of praise for the work Lisa did for our family. Our mother was in a care center when her health suddenly took a turn for the worse. At the hospital it was determined that she was suffering from malnutrition and over-medication. Between my wife and I, our jobs, our family committments we were both exhausted and felt that this was soemthing we couldn't give the attention to that we wanted. I contracted with Lisa to visit the list of care centers that a social worker gave me. My criteria was that the facility we moved my mother to would be within 10 minutes of my work, that the food had to be edible and that the facility be welcoming and safe. She visited each one, generally around a meal, to evluate the food, the care given to the residents, and her general impression of each facility. She provided her report and then we visited her top three recommendations. I have been so pleased with the new facility and, my mother has also been pleased. The change in her mental health was dramatic and we have nothing but praise for the work Lisa did on our behalf. Scott H.

My husband and I have no immediate family within the Pacific Northwest. We have arranged with Lisa to act on our behalf in a life emergency and to act as our estate administrator when it is needed. We have both met with Lisa and given her specific instructions as to our end of life care and arrangements. Knowing that there is someone that will act on our behalf to our specifications has set our minds at ease. We are thankful for the peace of mind that this service has allowed us. Jean N.
